t+1HP,RE.4S, the City of Saint Paul now provides a comprehensive Health and Welfare
Insurance Program for its employees and employees of the Independent School District #b25,
as provided under CotLncil File No. 267621 as amended, and
WHF,EtEAS, under this program the City has ne�otiated a contract with Minnesota
Health Maintenance Network Plan (HNIOM� to provide Hospital and Med.ical Surgical Covera,�e, and
WHIl2EAS, pursuant to the terms of this contract HNDM has submitted rates for the
covera,ge for the year October l, 1g81 to September 30, 1982 as follows:

RESOLVID, that the City Council does hereby authorize and direct the proper City
Officials to ratif�r said contract between the City of S�,int Paul and HNIJM, and be it
FURTHII� RESOLVID, that the City a.nd Independent School District �625 shall pay
that portion of the premiums as is agreed upon by the process of collective bargaining and
the employee shall pay the balance of premiUms due throu�;h payroll deduction, and be it
FURTHEft RESOLV�, that the proper city personnel be directed to pay these premiums
as they fall due, and be it
FINALLY RTSOLUID, that the City Clerk shall be instructed to send a copy of this
resolution to HMOM.
