Insurance Program for its employees and employees of the Independent School District �625, and
ti�IIl�EAS, under this �ro;ram, the City has a contract with SHARE to provide Hospital
and Medical Surgical covera,�e, a.nd
Z�tFAS, pursuant to the terms of this contract SHARE has submitted rates for the
covera,ge for the 12 month period ending September 30,1982 as follows:

RESOLVID, that the City Council does hereby authorize and direct the proper City
Officials to renew the existing contract betvreen the City of Sa3nt Paul and SHARE, and be it
FURTHIl2 RESOLVED, that the City and Independent School District �25 shall pay that
portion of the premiums as is agreed upon by the process of collective baxgaining and the
employee shall pay the balance of premiums due throu�h payroll deduction, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVID, that the proper city personnel be directed to pay these premiums
� as they fall due, and be it
FINAZLY RESOLVID, that the City Clerk shall be instructed to send a copy of this
resolution to SHARE.
