WHEREAS, Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes �462 .357 and �64.210 of the Legislative Code, Peter and Sadie Latuff duly petitioned to rezone Lots 12 and 14, Block 7, Sweeney' s Addition, located on the Northwest corner of Annapolis and Charlton at 253 W.
