Wf-IEREAS, on Ma.rch 24, 1981, the Saint Paul City Cotmcil approved the Final Order
for improving WABASH AVENUE fram Vandalia Street to Cleveland Avenue; and
WI�REAS, G�.irrent City procedures provide for parking bans to be implemented through
a Traffic Coordinating Unit (TC[n; and
WHEREAS, Current Department of Transportation procedures require a Council Resolution
approving such parking bans.
NOW T�IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That parking be banned on the North side of WABA.SH
AVENUE from Vandalia Street to Cleveland Avenue.
