Nord, Assistant City Attorney DATE: April 2, 1981 RE: Kenneth Sinn and Irene Sinn vs . Metropolitan Transit Commission, City of St. Paul and Robert Koutz This case was tried at Stillwater, Minnesota, Ma.rch 4, 5, and 6, 1981, on the issues between the MTC, the plaintiff and the City of St. Paul arising out of an accident between a garbage � truck and an MTC bus on August 21, 1979 . The jury found that the sole cause of the accident was the negligence of the driver employed by the City of St. Paul . The value of the plaintiff's case had been fixed by agreement at $52,500.
