Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Old Oak Room Bar, Inc. and Directional Food Services, Inc. request
that the On Sale Liquor License presently issued to Old Oak Room Bar,
Inc. at Town Square, 445 Minnesota St. be transferred to Directional
Food Services, Inc. at the same address.
Directional Food Services, Inc. also makes application for Sunday On
Sale Liquor License and Class C2-Restaurant License at the same
address.
The stockholders and officers of Directional Food Services, Inc. are,
Neil F. Berman, President and Phillip Berman, Vice President. Steven
Enselein will manage the business and it will continue to be run as
Le Bistro Cafe.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division
and the City Attorney's office. The recommendation is for approval.
