As pointed out in Ora Lee' s memo of 2/24/81, Robert Morgan will be filling the seat previously held by Ron Soderberg. Morgan' s resume is attached. RAP has designated Gerry Messin to represent them. The seat was previously held by Lorraine Wood. We are still without a representative from ITA District 5. GL/lm attachment
