WRIrHT Claimant, Shelley Peilen, requests reimbursement for medical expenses incurred as a result of a fall she took on a City sidewalk at or near 2033 Randolph Avenue, Saint Paul, on October 17 , 1980 . Ms. Peilen had witnesses to the incident, one a resident of 2033 Ran�dolph Avenue who stated that there were missing cobblestones in that area for about four years . This office approves the settlement of Ms . Peilen's claim in the amount of $246 .00 . Claimant, William H. [aright, rec�uests reimbursement for damages he sustained to his yard light which was damaged when a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services , tree trimming crew was trimming a tree in front of 361 Wilder Street and a limb fell and broke the yard light.
