RESOLVED� That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 471.59, c�monly
referred to as the "Joint Powers Act"� the proper City officials
are hereby authorized and direeted to execute the attached �oint
purchasing agreement with the Town of White Bear, Minnesota,
said agreement providin� for the �oint purehase of equipment,
material, and supplies as needed, a copy of said agreement to be
kept on file and of record in the Department of Finance and
Management Services.
