In the Matter of Improving RAMSEY STREET from Summit Avenue to Pleasant Avenue
(City Project 81-P-0827) by constructing a bituminous roadway with concrete
curb and gutter, driveways, sidewalks, storm water drainage facilities;
construct an ornamental lighting system (City Project 81-V-0703) and do all
other work necessary and incidental to said improvement.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereb approved with no alternative and that the estimated cost the$�0 100.00
is $ 219,600.00 Financed by 19�1 M.S.A Funds $176,30�.00; 19$1 P.I.A. Funds ,
and 19$1 C�I.B Funds (lighting) $33,20 00
2. That a public hearing e ha on said improvement on the S day of A�ril� 1981 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
