276522 Community WHITE - CITY CLERK � .�'�'"� ��=i"' PINK - FINANCE Devel opment COUIICII �l��� CANARY - DEPARTMENT � G I T Y O F S A I N T PA IT L BLUE - MAYOR File N . ouncil Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul did approve, upon the recommendation of the Mayor and with the advice of the Capital Improvement Budget Committee, the Community Development Block Grant Year VII Program as part of the 1981 Saint Paul Capital Improvement Budget; and WHEREAS, the appropriate public hearings on the Community Development Block Grant Year VII Program have been held in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that certain technical changes in the Corr�nunity Development Year VII Budget are hereby approved as indicated in the attached Community Development Year VII Budget Summary, which budget summary is made a part of this Resolution; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor George Latimer, as Chief Executive Officer of the City of Saint Paul , is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Community Development Block Grant Year VII Application for Federal Assistance to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development along with the updated Three-Year Community Development and Housing Assistance Plan and in such form as prescribed by the regulations of said department; and be it FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Mayor or his designated representative, the Administrator of Community Development, is further authorized to execute and submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development any assurances, certifications, or additional information that may be required by said Department during their review of the City's Community Development Block Grant Year VII Application for Federal Assistance.
