Request extension of time to complete certain interior repairs because
of financial hardship, and request extension of time to make exterior
repairs until weather permits .

Mr. Kasel referred to a letter dated 12/15/80 he had received from the
Housing Code Office follotiJing an inspection. The repairs he had been
ordered to make on the property had all been completed except for those
which could only be done in good weather.
BOARD ACTION:
Mr. Knutson moved to grant an extention of time to May 15 , 1981 , to
complete all work orders listed in the city' s letter af December 15 , 1980 .
Mr. Gausman seconded. P�IOTION CARRIED AND SO ORDERED.
