Plan and Rates of Compensati.on R.esolution by
changing the location of the salary rate for the title
of Inte rprete r/He alth to refle ct the change of unit
for this title.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation
R.esolution be amended in Section II B, Special Employments, by striking
out the following:
"Inte rprete r/Health $5. 00 an hour" ; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rate s of
Compensation Resoluti.on be further amended in Section II thereof, by
inserting, immediately after Subsecti.on W, the following:
"X The compensati.on for the class of Interpreter/Health in
Secti.on 3. L (Technical) Ungraded, of the Civil Service
Rule s shall be $5. 38 pe r hour. "

FINA.LLY RESOLVED, that this R.esoluti.on shall be effective as of
January 21, 1981.
