That a permanent utility easement shall be retained within the vacated area to protect the interest of U.S. West Communicauon, Inc. That, with the accompanying Uulity Easement Certificates of Intended Non-Use, filed voluntarily on behalf of Northern States Power Company-Gas, District Bnergy St. Paul, Incorporated, MCI Metro Incorporated, MediaOne, The Water Utility and The Department of Public W orks, made a part hereof by this reference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City, for itself and on behalf of these corporations and departments, waives the right to the uulity easements in the vacated area described above.
