RESOLUTTON AMENDING THE IDENTIFTED TREATMENT
AREA EXTERTOR IMPRO'VEMENT TNCENTTVE PROGRAM
GUTDELINES
WHER�AS, the City Council adopted certain guidelines for
the Identified Treatment Area Exterior Improvement Incentive
Program (Guidelines) on June 7, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the HRA Board of Commissioners recommends certain
amendments be made to the Guidelines in order to clarify and
aid the administration of the Program; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor 's Rehabilitation Advisory Committee
reviewed and approved the proposed amendments at the
November 24, 1980, meeting, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the City Council that the following Guideline
amendments be approved:
1) Page 1, III.2.
"2. Exterior Tmprovement Grant funds will be
- made available to homeowners residing within
the Identified Treatment Areas whose homes
are free of health and safety hazards and
who desire to make additional exterior
improvements for the purposes stated in
II-2 above, or to homeowners who apply
for and receive rehabilitation loan funds
and desire to make such exterior improvements .
