WHEREAS , the Mayor pursuant to Section 10. 07. 1 of the Charter
of the City of Saint Paul does certify there is available for
appropriation total revenue in excess of those estimated in the
1980 budget; and
WHEREAS , the Mayor recommends that the following additions
be made to the 1980 budget,

RE: Council Resolution Transferring Funds in the 19$0 Budget
ACTION REQUESTED:
Approval of the attached resol.ution.
PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
The attached resolution will transfer $10,6'32 from the dedicated
rEServe for the Cfiarter Commission to the 1980 operating budget for the
Commission . The funds will be used to hire an attorney for the redis-
tricting case. The amount of $10,632 is the total remaining in the
,., �edicated reserve and this tra.nsfer serves to eliminate all of the
�r.�,s�-�v e.
