WHEREAS, staff of the Department of Planning and Economic Development (PEO)
and representatives of the six Identified Treatment Areas (ITA's) have completed
a joint evaluation of the ITA funding and staffing provided in 1980 and projection
for 1981; and
WHEREAS, there is need at this time to provide additional funding for the
ITA's for 1981 consistent with the results of the recently-completed joint
evaluation; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor and the Council Committee
on Finance, Management & Personnel, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the following amendments to the Community Development Block Grant
Year VI Program in order to provide funding for staff for each of the six ITA's
in 1981:

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the funding for staff for each of the six ITA's be
