WHFREAS, the City of Saint Paul now provides Accident and Sickness, Long Term
Disability and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for its employees and employees
of Independent School District #625 through the Saint Pa.ul Life Insurance Company and at
the employees expense through payroll deduction, now therefore be it
RESOLVID, that the present contracts between the City of Saint Paul, Ind�pendent
School District #625 and the Saint Paul Life Insurance Company, in the3r present and entire
forms, be continued. for the calendar yeax of 1981, and be it
FURTHIIt RESOLVID, that the premiums at the �mployees expense for said contracts
for the yeax of 1981 axe as foll.ows:
