EMPIAYEE COVF�tAGE: �ployee Premium $39•79 Famil,y Prem3.um 116.72 2. REJGULAR RETIREE: Retiree Fremium (Retiree on Med.icare A and B) 18.77 City Pay Family Premium (Spouse on Medicare A and B) 37.5�+ City Pay Fami.ly Pr�mium (One or Nbre not Eligible for Medicare) 95.70 (CitY P�Y �67•9$) Retixee will pay balance of pr�mituns not pa.id by City, and RESOLVID„ that the City Council does hereby authorize and direct the proper City Officials to renew the existing contract between the City of Saint Paul and Group Health Plan, Incorporated, and be it FURTHEEt RE50LVID, that the City and Independent School District #625 shall pay that portion of the premiums as is agreed upon by the process of collective baxgai.ning and the employee shall pay the balance of premituns due through payroll ded.uctions, and be it FURTHER RESOLVID, that the proper city personnel be directed. to pay these premiums as they fall due, and be it FINALLY RESOLVID, that the City Clerk shaLl be instrueted to send a copy of this resolution to Group Health Plan, Incorporated.
