HEALTH CARE crr p
September 2, 1980 INCORPORATED SrEK'S OFFIE

Ms. Rose Mix, City Clerk
St. Paul City Council
386 City Hall
St. Paul , MN 55102
Dear Ms. Mix:
Coordinated Health Care takes pride in delivering high quality health
care to the employees of the City of St. Paul . Our delivery system
makes wide use of the specialty services available from St. Paul Ramsey
Medical Center. Such a system ensures our members of receiving health
care of the highest quality. Even though this type of health care could
easily be the most expensive, we are continually devising ways of making
our system even more cost efficient.
The following rates are for the calendar year 1981. I 'm sure you'll
agree that the new rates, representing only a modest increase over
the current year, continue to make our high quality health care a
terrific bargain.
Single $ 47.40
Family $133.80
Retiree (with Medicare A & B) $ 31.50
Retiree & Spouse (both with Medicare A & B) $ 54.50
Retiree & Family (only one with Medicare
A & B) $117.90
Retiree (without Medicare A & B) $ 47.40
Retiree & Spouse (neither with Medicare
A & B) $117.90
We have enjoyed a fine working relationship with the City of St. Paul
and look forward to a continued good relationship.
Sincerely,
