RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liabili;ty Fund 09070-511-000, to Paul DeLaForest the sum of
$6,500.00 in full settlement of his claim for dama.ges and injuries
sustained June 10, 1978, while playing softball at McMurray
Field in Saint Paul.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul
by Paul DeLaForest
The above claimant sustained injuries June 10, 1978, while playing
softball on McMurray Field, he slid into second base jarring
his ankle on a protruding cement block which was there to mark
the location of the base. As a result of said incident, claimant
fractured his left ankle.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $6, 500.
