settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about
September 6, 1980 , as more particularly set out in the Notice
of Claim filed in the City Clerk's office on October 1, 1980 .

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY RONALD E. SCRITCHFIELD AND
WILLIAM MADISON AND NANETTE MADISON
Claimant, Ronald E. Scritchfield, requests reimbursement for damages
to his automobiles . City of Saint Paul, Department of Community
Services, tree trimmers were using hydraulic saws in the area of
2045 East Hyacinth Avenue when the line separated at the coupling
spraying hyraulic fluid on Mr. Scritchfield's two automobiles on
August 18 , 1980 . This office anproves th� settlement of
Mr. Scritchfield's claim in the amount of $?02 .00 .
Claimants, William Madison and Nanette Madison, request reimburse-
ment for damages to their pro?�erty when a City of Saint Paul sewer
was plugged and backed up into their basement on September 6,
1980. This office approves the settlement of their claim in the
amount of $80 .50.
