RESOLVED, tha.t upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000 to Daniel F. Donovan and Ma.rgaret
Donovan, husband and wife, the sum of $1, 165.69 in full settle-
ment of their claim for damages sustained December 12, 1978,
when Margaret Donovan fell on the sidewalk at or near Warwick
and Scheffer Streets, Saint Paul, Minnesota.

RE: Claim against the City of Saint Paul by
Margaret Donovan and Daniel F. Donovan
The above claimants request reimbursement for dama.ges sustained
December 12, 1978, at or near the east side of Warwick Street
adjacent to 1487 Scheffer Street, when Ma.rgaret Donovan tripped
on a raised edge of the sidewalk and sustained injuries to her
right ha.nd and right arm.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount
of $1, 165.69.
