S 10797 Both sides of JAMES AVENUE from Victoria St. to West 300 feet.
S 10798 Both sides of JAMES AVENUE from Chatsworth St. to West to 35E R/0/W.
S 10799 North side of WATSON AVENUE from Chatsworth St to East 125 feet.
S 10800 East side of CHATSWORTH STREET from Armstrong Ave to North 120 feet.
S 10801 West side of CHATSWORTH STREET from Watson Ave. to Armstrong Ave.
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is� financed by 1981 PIA Funds.
2. That a public hearing be had_on said improvement on the 3rd day of March, 1981 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
