same is hereby approved.

President and Secretary, and Howard G. Schumann, Vice �resident
and Treasurer. The stock is held by James F. Thomas and Howard
G. Schumann.
Proper notice has been r eceived as to a change of o_ffi-
cers and stockholders. James F. Thomas has resigned and sold his
stock to Ho�ard G. Schumann.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recommend-
