PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
Approval of this resolution will :
- close out Sackett Playground in CD II
- close out Wilder Playground in CD IV
- increase the Horton Park b�,Kiget in CD VI to provide sufficient funds to� award
construction contracts
- provide funding for Legal Assistance of Ramsey County (LARC) and the St. Paul
Tenants Union for the period of January 1, 1981 through December 31, 1981, in
accordance with the previously approved Council budget
