RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF DEED OF
DEDICATION FOR PARK AND STREET PURPOSES, BLUFF PARK EAST

RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City
of Saint Paul , Minnesota that the proper officers of the HRA are
hereby authorized on behalf of the HRA to execute two Deeds of Dedi-
cation to the City of Saint Paul :
