his claim of damages sustained on or about September 15,

2 . Jacob W. Burbach the sum af $40 .34 in ful.l settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about August 29 , 1980 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on September 26 , 1980 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT �AUL
BY JAMES W. DAHLMAN AND JACOB W.
BURBACH
Claimant, James W. Dahlman, was involved in an automobile accident
on September 15, 1980 , with a City of Saint Pau1, Department of
Community Services , vehicle at the Uni-Dale Shopping Center. ��Te
are unable to determine who was driving the City vehicle at the
time of the accident. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Dahlman's
claim in the amount of $130 .00 .
Claimant, Jacob W. Burbach, requests reimbursement for damages to
his window and screen. The damage occurred on August 29 , 1980 ,
when a City of Saint Pau1, Department of Community Services ,
tree stumper threw a rock through the window and screen. This
office approves the settlement of Mr. Burbach's claim in the
amount of $40 .34 .
