RESOLVID, that the Council of the City of St. Paul does hereby
approve and authorize �he acceptance, by the proper City Officers, of an
Easement for Sewer purposes granted by Brink and Ber� Associates to the
City of St. Faul, on, over and. across the following described property:
40 feet in width over, under and across Lot l,
Block 4, WINFIELD COURT, the centerline of said
easement bein� described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the East line of said Lot 1 distant
126.7 feet North of the Southeast corner of said
Lot l; thence West parallel with the Southline of
said Lot 1 a distance of 214 feet and said center-
line there termi.natin�.

SEWER EASEMENT
This indenture, made this Z`L�'` day of August, 1980, by and between
Brink and Berg and Associates, a partnership consisting of Karen V. Brink,
partner and Myron G. Berg, partner, of the County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota,
party of the first part and the City of St. Paul, a Municipal Corporation, of
the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey unto the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, forever, an Easement for the construction and main-
tenance of a storm sewer over and across the following parcel of land lying and
being in the County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to
wit:
A utility easement, 40 feet in wicith over, under and across lot l, Block 4,
WINFIELD COURT, the centerline of said easement being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 1 distant 126.7 feet North
of the Southeast corner of said Lot l; thence West parallel with the South
line of said Lot 1 a distance of 214 feet and said centerline there terminating.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, forever. And the said part of the first part, for
itself, its heirs, executors and administrators, does covenant with the s��:id, party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, that it is well seized in fee
of the lands and premises aforesaid, and has good right to grant said Easement
in manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free of all eneumbrances.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has herunto set its
hand the day and year first above written.
