their attorney, for interest on the settlement ma.de between them
and the City of Saint Paul on Ma.rch 5, 1981, arising out of an
accident with a city vehicle at or near White Bear Avenue and Third
Street in Saint Paul.

This case was settled on March 5, 1981 for the principal sum
of $52 ,500. It has been brought to our attention that legal
interest at 6% should have been during the period while settlement
had been made but the money was not forthcoming. This amounts
to $362.46. This office recommends that this sum be paid to
the plaintiffs and their attorney.
