Claimant, Northwestern Printcrafters , Inc. , owns a motor vehcile which was involved in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Fire and Safety Services , vehicle on March 21, 1981. The driver of the City vehicle was Michael F. Treat. Northwestern Print�rafters, Inc, commenced an action in Ramsey County Conciliation Court against the City of Saint Paul in the amount of $331. 70 . Before the date of the hearing, a settlement agreement was reached with Northwestern Printcrafters, Inc. , in the amount of $225 .00 .
