277037 WHITE - CITY CLERK ��A11 PINK - FINANCE �M�'�� CANARY - DEPARTMENT G I T Y O F S A I N T PA LT L COU[1C1I � BLUE - MAYOR File N O. �� uncil Resolution Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, there exists a substantial demand for short term shopper parking in Downtown St. Paul; and WHEREAS, many downtown retail establishments depend on convenient on-street meter parking; and WHEREAS, it is the City Council's desire to provide as much of this convenient parking as possible; and WHEREAS the City Council wishes to participate in finding solutions to meet this demand; and WHEREAS, it is the City Council's desire to experiment with installation of two (2) hour meters in selected areas.
