Villaume III�V+' Deputy City Attorney RE: Claim of Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. On February 15, 1978, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company insured the home of Lyle A. Kaufenberg located at 76 N. Western Avenue, directly across the street from the Commodore Hotel. Because of the explosion, Mr. Kaufenberg' s home was dama.ged in the amount of $3,982.65. This amount was paid by plaintiff insurance company. The City of St. Paul has been held responsible for 10% of the dama.ge attributable to the explosion, and together with interest, the total settlement figure is $426. 14.
