proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Nicholas F. Squillace the sum of $63Q .00 in full settlement
of his claim of damage� �ustained on or about April 15, 1981,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk 's office on April 28, 1981.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY NICHOLAS F. SQUILLACE
Claimant, Nicholas F. Squillace, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle
on April 15, 1981 . The Police vehicle was being driven by
Sgt . James S . Jerylo. Expenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Squillace 's
claim in the amount of $630 .00 .
