Blvd. and Chestnut St. The State will let the contract for the signal cons�ruction and will provide the sdministration and inspection. The City will participate in costs of construction, provide the design and engineering, and provide the power supply to signal.s. The Cost to the City for Enqineering .and Inspection and to the State for administering the construction contract shall be considered equal . • . ?.
