WHEREAS, the creation of an Executive Council for the
City' s Employment Connection Project was authorized by Council
Resolution 276708, and approved on April 16, 1981; and
WHEREAS, such Council is to consist of nine members to
be appointed by the �Zayor, subject to City Council consent, to
serve two-year staggered terms; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul
does hereby approve and consent to the appointments, by the Mayor,
of the following named persons:
1-year term to expire on June 20, 1982

Robert D. Lowe, Sr.
Donald J. Luna
Samuel S. PZarfield
Biloine (Billie) Young
2-year term to expire on June 20 , 1983
