In the Matter of assessment for construction of a COUNTERFL(�n1 BUS LANE on St.
Anthony Avenue from approximately 500 feet West of Pasca,l Street to SO feet
East of Pascal Street which will consist of constructing a concrete median on
St. Anthony Avenue and the reconstruction of the curb radii at Pascal Street
and placement of the appropriate lane striping and signing to direct traffic.
under Administrative Order approved --
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 17,000_00 t� .be paid by the MTC.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 30th day of June, 1981 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hali and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
