RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be amended in Secti.on
34. C so that said Section 34. C shall read as follows:
"34. C The provisions of this Section 34 of these Rules which
place s the se above-mentioned 5 po sition s in the Unclas si-
fied Service shall expire on the first Tuesday of June,

Council with the concurrence of the Civil Service Commission. "

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:
This Resolution amends Secti.on 34.0 of the Civil Service Rules to
extend the length of time for two more years on the Unclassified
Status of the following positions:

Deputy Director-Development
Deputy Director-Housing ,
Deputy Director-Planning.
