This building is an old Y�ating plant and dwelling unit which has been boarded up by the owner and the City since Jtme 14, 1979; 2. This builcling is vacant and boarded; 3. 'I'h.e neiqhbors in the area feel it is hazardous to the citizens and children in the area; 4. 'I'he canditions outlined above oonstitute a public hazard; 5. The awner ha.s made no atte�npt to satisfactorily repa.ir the damage; 6. The o�ntinued vacant and boarded up candition contributes a blighting influence on tY�e neighborhood; naw, therefore, be it HESOLUED, That in accordanoe with Minnesota Statut�s Section 463.15 through 463.25, and based �on the foregoing findings of the City Council, the CoLmcil of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make the follawing Order: ORDER 1. The c�mer of the above described building shall make the same safe and not detrimental tA the public peace, health, safety and welfare by having th�e sa.id building razed and the mat�erials therefrom r�ved. from the premises within thirty (30) da.ys from the da�t�e of the service of this Orcler; 2. Unless such corrective action is taken to �ly with this Order or an Answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County, Minnesota within tv�nty (20) days fro�n the date of the servioe of this Order, a Motion for S�ry Enforaement of this Order t�o raze and remove the said building will be made to the Ramsey Cotmty District Court; 3. In the event that the building is to be razed by the City of Saint Paul pursuant to judgement of the District Court, all personal property or f�xtures of any kind which may unreasonably interfere with the razing and removal of this building shall be r�roved within t�en (10) days fran the entry of jtxigmerit; and if not so remr�ved, th,e City of Saint Paul shall r�rove and dispose of such per- sonal property and fixtures as provided by la.w; 2.
