PAUL PAINTERS LOCAL TJNION NO. 61 This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into by and between the City of Saint Paul (City) and the St Paul Painters Local Union No. 61 (Union) for the purpose of establishing a wage scale for Apprentice Painters represented by the Union and employed by the City. The City agees to follow the same wage scale established by the "Outside Rate" that is used for other Union members employed by the City. This rate does not include any payment to the Industry Promotion Fund. Annual adjustmenfs shall foilow the process agreed to by the City aad Union for other Union represented employees.
