In the Matter of acquiring a permanent easement for sanitary sewer purposes, 20 feet in
width, on, over and across a part of Gaston's Subdivision No. 1, the center line of
said easement being described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the South line of Larpenteur Avenue, as widened, in
document 1447964, dated February 5, 1958, a distance of 174.5 feet West of the
Ea��� line of Block 1, Gaston's Subdivision No. 1; thence South 33° 13' 29"
West, 169.75 feet; thence South 16' 24' 2a' West, 169.33 feet and there
terminating.
The sides of said pernuanent easements are to be prolonged or shortened to terminate
on the Northeasterly right-of-way-line of Little Canada Road and the South right-
of-way line of Larpenteur Avenue.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the�S�idOr�port and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2. That a public hearing 1�e9��d on said improvement on the 16 th day of
June, ,
, at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
