Peterson RE: Lexington Parkway improvement between Sherburne Avenue and the Burlington Northern (ArcM) Bridge. ACTION REQUESTED: Approval fdr submission to Council of the attached resolution. PURPOSE AND RATlONALE FOR THIS ACTION: Minnesota Department of Transpo�tation staff have indicated that the proposed pavement widths for lexington Parkway are too �arrow for approval by MnDot staff. The Department of Public Works feels these widths to be adequate and wishes to pursue a variance from the Standards, which actions require a Councii Resolution of authorization. A'f'TACHMENTS: .
