PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION: During the preparation of the 1981 budget, $22 ,064 was placed in contingent reserve for the Housing Information Office in 1981. A review of the current expenditure pattern indicates that this amount will be needed to finance the operations of this office through the balance of the year. A similar reserve was not transferred in 1980 . Our , analysis indicates that a current need exists for approximately $8,500 in fundinq that should have been transferred in 1980 . This need will be reviewed in Auaust of 1981 and a supplemental appropriation reQuested if .r savings cannot be implemented in 1981 . RFcF . o°'c'c pRl p F 'bVpF Ty 198 "4/iT Fp/R MF,, ,, TOR SFccF A''TACHMENTS s S ' \.JX. y E1.ir .. ,• f''..•t:: o,rxc o H •L czrr cocs. G ! ,/ , -;. L: j: .ti . i f . t:. 1 s ,;; f.:-l .
