In the Matter of improving SUMrIIT AVENUE from 330 feet East of Snelling Avenue
to Lexington Parkway (in District 13, 14 and 16) under the Municipal State
Aid program, by overlaying the existing roadways and iatersections with
a new surface of asphalt, reconstructiag the curb, and by doing all work
necessary and incidental to said improvement. (City Project No. P-0691B)
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said re ort and the same is herebZ approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 393,150.�00 financed by MSA 81 $271,200.00, CIB $106,650.00, P7A $15,300.00
2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of May, 1981 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
