Supervision Received: Works under the general administrative direcrion of a division or department head. Supervision Exercised: May exercise within a division or department immediate or close technical supervision over equipment and sanitation personnel. TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMID . The listed examples may not include all duties performed by all positions in this class. Supervises and performs preventive maintenance on food service machines and equipment. Establishes and carries out a preventive maintenance program for all equipment that affects the units production capability. Directly oversees the set-up and adjustnent of all equipment. Maintains a spare parts program with inventories needed to insure availability of equipment parts. � Instructs unit personnel in the correct nethods of set-up, adjustment and care of equipment. Supervises equipment and sanitation personnel. Piakes general repairs on food service equipment including the removal and placement of needed parts. Sets up regular scheduled inspection and calibrating of� equipment. _ Keeps records of maintenance and equipment informa.tion. Maintains liaison with equipment manufacturers.
