RESOLUTION APPROVING SALES TAX REVITALIZATION (STAR) YEAR ROUND LOAN AND
GRANT FUNDS FOR THE RIVERTOWN MARKET PROJECT
WHEREAS, on June 26, 2000, the Neighborhood STAR Board reviewed a request from
Rivertown Market for a loan $41,250 and a$13,750 Grant through the STAR Year Round Program;
and
WHEREAS, the STAR funds will be used to complete required code work, and purchase
tixtures necessary to complete the Rivertown Market, located at 437 North Wabasha; and
WHEREAS,.the Neighborhood STAR Board and the PED Credii Committee have reviewed
the proposal, and have recommended approval by the Mayor and City Council; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that upon the recommendation of the Mayor, and with the advice of the
Neighborhood STAR Board, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve a
Neighborhood STAR Year Round loan in the amount of $41,250, and grant in the amount of
$13,750; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the implementation of the Rivertown Market STAR project shall
conform to Section V. Project Development and Implementation, as defined in the Neighborhood
STAR Guidelines; and be it
