The meeting was calied to order at 130 p.m.
STAFF PRESENT: Mike Urmann, Fire Prevention
73 Leech Street (Laid over from 6-20-00)
Mike Urmann reported fmal touches aze to be completed on the building. Ae granted a two week
extension to complete the work.
Gerry Strathman denied the appeal citing the matter is closed and the original orders are conect.
940 Third Street
Mike Urmann reported this is about fire doors. He has no objections to a variance.
Gerry Strathman granted a variance on the nonconfornung doors with the following conditions:
1) when the nonconforming doors need to be replaced, they wili be replaced with conforming fire
rated doors, 2) the building must otherwise be in compliance.
1505.1513.1521 McAfee Street
(No one appeazed to represent the properties.)
Gerry Strathman denied the appeal. The appellant is not present and the fire department has
provided documentation supporting the fees chazged.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:32 pm.
