RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full
to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the
proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Terry D. Olson the sum of $165 .35 in fu11 settlement o� his
claim of damages sustained on or about December 30 , 1980 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk's office on January 28, 1981.
2 . The Salvati.on Army the sum of $331.44 in full settlement of
its claim of damages sustained on or about January 7 , 1981,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in
the City Clerk 's office on February 2 , 1981 .
