The Ciry and Unions agree that the City will pzovide each full-time employee working at the Water Utility in the title of Cement Finisher who is required to wear a specified uniform with an annual uniforxn allowance of $125. Employees must present receipts to the Water Utility to be reimbursed. Employees will be required to wear the uniform while on duty and will be responsible for the care and upkeep of their uniforms.
