THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DO ORDAIN: Section . That Section 308.23 of the S nt Paul Legislative Code is here- by amended by adding after Sect' n 308 .23, subsection 12, a sub- section 13 to read as follows: 308 .23 (13) . When a censee is notified by the Police Department that a p ade will be held within one block of the licensee's stablishment, all beer sold during the entire day of said parade shall be sold only in cans or plastic r paper containers, and all intoxi- cating liquor liquid of any type sold during the entire day of aid parade shall be sald only in plastic or paper con iners. In addition, upon receiving such notice, the icensee shall place a person at each entrance a each exit of the establishment, at least one hour ior to time of parade, to insure that patrons not enter nor exit with beer or intoxicating liquor. Section 2 . This o dinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from nd after its passage, approval and publication.
